LIVERPOOL DROP TO THIRD SPOT
Liverpool have dropped to third on the Premier League log on the back of the defeat to Leicester City earlier in the week. The Reds have paid dearly for the loss to the Foxes by dropping from second to third spot in addition to falling further behind leaders Manchester City in the Premier League.
Merseyside giants Liverpool started the Leicester City match in second place and six points behind Manchester City. The Reds were favourites for the Leicester City game but they could not make it count after they lost 1-0 due to the quality shown by Ademola Lookman in the second half.

Liverpool are reportedly eyeing a move for out-of-favour Real Madrid star Eden Hazard. It was revealed by El Nacional that the Reds want to sign the Belgian international, but his astronomical wage demands could be a stumbling block to the move.

Senegalese international Sadio Mane was one of the standout performers in the latest set of Premier League games after he set a new record during the game against London team Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon.
